Using FanHill

By using FanHill, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. FanHill provides team-specific news summaries, links to original sources, sports data, rosters, analytics and one-tap polls. Features and availability can change. Accounts and newsletter signups are not available to children under 13; minors must have a parent or guardian’s permission where required.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account information, keep sign-in details private and notify us of suspected unauthorized use. Do not misuse accounts, manipulate polls, interfere with site operations, attempt unauthorized access or use FanHill for unlawful activity. Community participation is limited to polls; FanHill does not offer user-written posts or comments. We may restrict access for misuse or security concerns, subject to applicable law.

News, data and accuracy

News summaries and sports information may come from third-party sources; some summaries may be AI-assisted. Content can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Follow the source link for the full article and verify important information with the original provider. Analytics and polls are informational, not betting, financial or professional advice. No outcome or accuracy is guaranteed.

Ownership and independence

FanHill is an independent fan network, not affiliated with or endorsed by any league or team. Team names, trademarks, photographs, articles and sports data remain the property of their respective owners. A source credit or link does not transfer ownership or grant permission to republish. FanHill’s own branding and original materials belong to Plaid Park, LLC or their respective owners. Do not reproduce or redistribute material without permission from the relevant rights holder or another lawful basis.

External sites and promotions

Links to news sources and other services lead to sites we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies apply. Promotions and any future paid advertisements are separate from editorial content; an advertising relationship does not imply endorsement. Never click ads to support FanHill or artificially generate ad impressions.

Availability and responsibility

FanHill is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or the completeness of third-party information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including any mandatory consumer protections.
