Who operates FanHill
FanHill is operated by Plaid Park, LLC. For privacy questions or requests, email brands@plaidpark.com. This notice applies to the FanHill experience on fanhill.com and its connected Nation domains, not to external websites.
Information and purposes
- Accounts: email address, sign-in credentials handled by our authentication service, account identifier, profile information and selected Nation support sign-in and account preferences. Google sign-in provides account information such as your email and profile details.
- Newsletter waitlist: the email you submit is stored for FanHill Huddle launch updates. Joining the waitlist is optional; it is not a purchase. The regular newsletter has not launched.
- Polls: a signed-in vote stores your account identifier, poll and selected option. The page displays aggregate vote counts.
- Messages: when you contact us, your address and message are used to respond and handle your request. Please do not send passwords or sensitive documents.
- Technical information: hosting, authentication and delivery services may process IP addresses, browser information and request records to deliver and secure the site.
- Optional analytics: Google Analytics processes page visits, referring pages, browser/device information and online identifiers to measure use of FanHill, subject to the choices below.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
Account sessions and privacy choices use browser storage. These essential functions remain active when optional analytics is rejected. Google Analytics may use analytics cookies when permitted. Analytics is blocked until acceptance in the EEA, UK and Switzerland and when your region cannot be determined. Outside those regions it may operate unless you opt out. An explicit rejection is respected regardless of region. FanHill also respects Global Privacy Control and a browser Do Not Track signal for analytics.
Your browser stores the privacy notice version, choice, region when available, time and choice history. Cookie settings lets you withdraw consent or change a choice; withdrawal stops subsequent FanHill analytics and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Browser settings can also remove stored data, which may sign you out and reset preferences.

Advertising and Google cookies
FanHill currently displays its own promotional banners. The ads.txt publisher verification entry does not itself load Google advertising or set advertising cookies. Google advertising tags are not enabled by this site at the date of this notice.
If Google ads are enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to FanHill or other websites. Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on visits to FanHill and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center and participating vendors through aboutads.info. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily stop all ads.
Before Google ads are enabled for visitors in the EEA, UK or Switzerland, applicable Google-certified consent controls must be in place. The current Cookie settings control applies to analytics, not consent for personalized advertising. Any new ad vendors and purposes will be disclosed here when introduced.
Services and external content
FanHill uses Lovable Cloud for application hosting, account services and stored account, waitlist and poll information; Google for Analytics, Fonts and optional Google sign-in; and ESPN for sports data, news and source images. AI-assisted summaries may be processed through the site’s AI service providers. Loading externally hosted images or fonts can disclose technical request information to those providers even when analytics is off. Outbound news links take you to sites with their own policies. Service providers process information needed for their respective functions; permitted legal disclosures may also be made when required by law.
Retention and your requests
Retention depends on the information, its operational purpose, provider settings and applicable legal obligations; this notice does not promise a fixed deletion period. To request access, correction or deletion of account information, removal from the waitlist, or to raise a privacy concern, contact brands@plaidpark.com using the relevant account or signup email. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your data, withdraw consent, or complain to your local privacy authority.
Children and changes
FanHill is intended for a general sports audience, not directed to children under 13. Do not create an account or join the waitlist if you are under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us. We update this notice when practices change and show the effective date above. See our Terms of Use for use of the site.
